Basie to Miller, arrangers Nestico to Wolpe The Apollo Big Band swings with the sounds of the big band era while taking the best of the more modern writers in the genre. Based in Stockcross near Newbury the band can be seen regularly performing in public, keeping alive the big band sound with originals as well as more contemporary arrangements.
